1 Lb Boneless Chicken Breast or Thigh
2 Tbsp Chef Eric’s Best Jerk Seasoning
2 Cups Vegetable (of choice)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
Add Chef Eric’s Best Jerk Seasoning to Chicken and let sit. Meanwhile place Skillet on stove, add Olive Oil and Butter and let heat on medium to high heat, then add Chicken and sauté for 10 minutes, then add vegetables and let simmer for another 5-10 minutes (covered).
Ready to serve.
