INGREDIENTS:
2 Slices 8oz Salmon or Fish Fillet of choice
2 Tbsp Chef Eric’s Best Red Wine Jerk Seasoning
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Chef Eric’s Best Red Wine Jerk Seasoning and Olive Oil in a bowl. Apply mixture to Fish, heat skillet on medium to high heat, then add the fish and let cook for 7-10 minutes on each sides. Serve with your favorite vegetables or with rice.
